Thank you for inquiring about a donation for your event or organization. Please submit your request on event/organization letterhead to:

Please include the following information:
- Name of event/organization requesting donation
- Contact person with street address and email address
- Date and description of the event
- Estimated number of attendees
- Tax exempt ID#
